About me | Contact

I’m a Mexican cinematographer, and I firmly believe in the power of the moving image as a profound tool for knowing myself and others. For me, film isn’t just a medium—it’s a way to reimagine the world, explore its complexities, and give shape to the dreams and realities we all carry inside. Through every frame, I see an opportunity to understand more deeply what it means to dream and live in this world, and to connect with others in ways that words alone cannot.

I completed my studies at the National Film Arts School (ENAC) at UNAM. I have lensed a variety of narrative fiction and documentary projects, including The Broken Skateboard by Arturo Santana, which premiered at the 2023 Morelia International Film Festival (FICM), The Smoking Mountain by Uriel Tlamaxco, a co-production between Mexico and the United States with a national premiere at Purchase College at Lincoln Center in New York, and my own short film as director, No Seré la Vida de Mi Recuerdo, which was nominated for an Ariel Award in 2021.

Currently, I am working on the coloring of my latest narrative fiction shorts El Arenal, directed by Arturo Santana, M+M directed by Illean Garibay, and Carmen directed by Leire Aguilera Kelly,  which are set to premiere this year. I am also involved as the director of photography on the development of El Silencio que Todo lo Consume, a documentary feature film directed by Yair Ponce set to start filming in mid 2026.

In 2024, I was selected for Berlinale's Guadalajara Talents Program in the Camera Studio, and am preparing several projects that emerged from this experience.

I am a proud member of the International Collective of Female Cinematographers (ICFC), the mexican female cinematographer collective Apertura DOP, the Mexican Academy of Cinematographic Arts and Sciences, and represented by the 9AM Agency in Mexico and Latin America.
